What is your shipping Policy?
I ship all original paintings via Federal Express. All paintings ship from the United States and are insured for the value of the work. I will send you the shipping details along with a tracking number so you will know when to expect your painting. All print orders ship directly from my fullfillment center in Austin, Texas.
What is your Policy on Returns/Exchanges/Refunds?
I offer a 10 day money-back guarantee on any artwork. If you are not satisfied with the piece for any reason, contact me. Upon receipt of the returned, undamaged item, I will refund your purchase price, minus the cost of shipping. Return shipping is the financial responsibility of the customer. Artwork must be returned in the original packaging, must be received undamaged, and must be insured.
What do I do if my shipment arrives damaged?
If your painting or print arrives and the box is damaged, please contact me immediately via the website to let me know. Before opening the package, YOU MUST PHOTOGRAPH the damaged package. Hopefully the damage is only superficial and no actual harm has been done to the painting or print. In the event the original painting or print is damaged, please photograph the damage in detail. NOTE: Every original work of art is photographed before and after it is packaged and before it is sent to you, for insurance purposes. All of my original artworks are insured for transportation.

Hanging the artwork
All original paintings ship ready to hang. I also include a picture hanger taped to the back of the painting to make it that much easier to enjoy your new purchase in your home.
How do I take care of my original painting?
Because I use different kinds of wax, my original paintings can become damaged if exposed to high heat. Do not leave a painting in your car or exposed to the direct sun as the wax could melt. It is acceptable to gently wipe the painting with a soft cloth periodically to remove any dust that accumulates.
